Dear family and friends. Today we start something that matters for Youth Mental Health.
Ties For Lives - Fold-it Fridays will get people talking about the single biggest health issue facing young Australians.
Spotting early signs of youth mental health problems, encouraging self-help behaviour and getting the right care and support are the Ties For Lives message. We promote these messages through a series of public events that will get people talking, assist in breaking down the stigmas surrounding the issues and help reduce youth homelessness, self-harm and suicide.
Your support to our efforts with a donation would be warmly welcomed and give us a helping hand to reach our goals. Surprises me!!

Ties for Lives Foundation is a not for profit health promotion charity that runs the SPOTa depression and anxiety awareness program. Inconjunction with a series of fun and engaging community events and activities "SPOTaTHONs" we distribute SPOTa Cards - Wallet sized info to Spot the early signs and Assist people to get help.
