Story
Dear Family and friends, Today I start something that matters for Youth Mental Health.
Through Ties For Lives we’ll get people talking about the single biggest health issue facing young Australians.
Spotting early signs, self-help and getting the right care and support for youth mental health problems are our key messages. We promote these messages through a series of public events that will assist in breaking down the stigmas surrounding the issues and reduce youth homelessness, self-harm and suicide.
Your support to my own efforts with a donation would be warmly welcomed and give me a helping hand to reach my goal. Surprises me!!
Together we can make a positive impact that will deliver a personal, social and economic benefit for all Australians.

Ties for Lives Foundation is a not for profit health promotion charity that runs the SPOTa depression and anxiety awareness program. Inconjunction with a series of fun and engaging community events and activities "SPOTaTHONs" we distribute SPOTa Cards - Wallet sized info to Spot the early signs and Assist people to get help.
